Fleet dispatch console with live map, job queue and delivery table

Logistics · 2025

Fleet operations console

The problem. Dispatch ran on three spreadsheets and a group call. Nobody could see where vehicles were, which deliveries were late, or what had been promised to a customer until the phone rang.

What we did. A role-based dispatch board with live vehicle positions, delivery states and exception alerts. Dispatchers were in the weekly demos from sprint one, and historical jobs were migrated before launch.

Outcome. Dispatch now runs from one live board. Exceptions surface before customers call, and the manual end-of-day report is gone.
Clinic booking app screens for booking and upcoming appointments

Clinic booking platform

The problem. Appointments were taken by phone and written into paper diaries. No-shows were common, reminders were manual, and patients could not book outside working hours.

What we did. A web and mobile booking system with branch-level scheduling, automated reminders and a simple patient record that front-desk staff actually wanted to use. Rolled out branch by branch, with training.

Outcome. Patients book same-day from their phones, reminders run automatically, and the front desk spends its time on patients instead of phone calls.
Retail analytics dashboard with revenue, orders and store performance

Commerce · 2026

Retail analytics workspace

The problem. Every store exported its own sales file. Someone merged them by hand each morning, so the numbers managers saw were a day late and frequently wrong.

What we did. A scheduled pipeline that consolidates store exports into one warehouse, with a dashboard for sales, stock and margin — and a simple permissions model for area managers.

Outcome. One agreed source of truth. Yesterday's numbers are ready before the stores open, and managers answer most questions themselves.
